You decide what method works best for you. Such as refunds in full at the time of the booking or pay a deposit and then auto-schedule the balance payment on their credit card.

Do you require a security deposit for your property?  No problem.  Security deposits can be taken by traveler credit cards at the time of booking.  You have full control over the security deposit returns. You can send full or partial refunds with one click. If no action needs to be taken, we have you covered — security deposits are automatically scheduled by our system to be refunded back to the traveler’s credit card 24 hours after their stay.
